We offer chess courses to elementary schools that teach students how to play tournament chess.The course is coordinated with individual school principles and the course is between 6 weeks to 10 weeks. After graduation All students recieve a venice beach knights club tshirt and can play chess all summer at the beach! They must bring thier parent.They also get free chess.com premium membership.Minimum of 5 students are needed to start class at the school.

About the instructor Timothy Caldwell

I have owned and operated a chess club for nine years and I began teaching chess for chess Wizzards for three years.My courses are for elementary schools I teach students how to pay chess,and how to improve at chess.After my course students are able to play in uscf chess tournaments.They will know how to use a chess timer and how to write down thier chess moves.

I began my career at Chess Wizzards working at cross roads elementary in Santa Monica and Westerly in Long beach.My goal is to teach begginers how to play chess and advanced players will improve at chess.
